(Annexe 2).<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9claration sur l\u2019honneur de non appartenance \u00e0 la HAICA. (Annexe 3).<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9claration sur l\u2019honneur comme c\u2019est indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019annexe 4.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9claration de participation \u00e0 l\u2019offre (Annexe 5).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enveloppe 2 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019offre technique :ferm\u00e9e, scell\u00e9e, porte le nom, l\u2019adresse de soumissionnaire et contient les documents mentionn\u00e9s au
